Who I am
I’ve spent more than eleven years supporting founders, executives, and high-growth teams across operations, HR, project management,
and executive partnership. My work has always centred on bringing clarity to fast-moving environments and building the systems that make leadership support smooth and sustainable.
Over the years, I’ve created onboarding programs, workflow structures, communication rhythms, delegation models, and daily operating systems from the ground up. I understand what founders need, what EAs need, and how to bring those pieces together so the work feels aligned instead of overwhelming.
